Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 kg (2 lb) potatoes Charlotte or Melody Type
- 6 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tbsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 200 °C (395°F). Wash potatoes, dry them, then cut them into the form of chips, without peeling.
Place them in the basket of a pressure cooker and cook for about 12 minutes. Then pull out the basket and let slightly cool.
Sprinkle the fries with oil, thyme and salt. Mix gently to coat the fries. Spread the fries on a baking sheet or fries Pan that you have well-oiled and cook fries for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
