Small Banana Sushi with a blink of an eye for the end of a Japanese meal, that’s what I offer you. You will end your Japanese-style meal with a smile. The banana is a very healthy fruit, like chocolate when it is dark, in small quantities and of course also pistachios or hazelnuts.
First, here is the small list of the different ingredients you will need to prepare the Banana Sushi that serves 4 people
- 2 firm bananas
- 70g 72% dark chocolate
- some pistachios or hazelnuts
Now, here are the few steps you will need to follow to quickly make the Banana Sushi in 15 minutes
First, start by melting your dark chocolate. Place it in a small saucepan with a little bit of water. As soon as the chocolate is melted, Set aside.
Next, peel your bananas. To avoid having your fingers full of chocolate, insert a toothpick into each end of the bananas. It will be easier to hold them.
Then, drizzle the bananas with your melted chocolate. Turn the bananas as you go. Sprinkle the chocolate bananas with small pistachio pieces or hazelnut pieces. Put everything in the freezer for a few minutes. This will allow the chocolate to set.
Finally, once the chocolate is cold and hard, cut the bananas into sushi slices. Take a sharp knife and present on a nice platter. Serve immediately.
