First, here are the different ingredients you will need to make the Beetroot with Pear Soup that serves 4 with a Cooking time of 35 minutes
- 2 fresh beetroot or 3 cooked beetroot
- 1 Pear comice type
- juice of half a lemon
- approximately 500 ml mineral water
Now here are the few steps you will have to follow to make the Beetroot with Pear Soup
Wash the 2 beetroots, cover with water and cook in a steam cooker for 1/2 hour. Let cool. Meanwhile, peel the pear and cut into pieces. You may also buy cooked beetroots at your local supermarket if not enough time.
Cut your beetroots into small cubes and add your pear dices, lemon juice and mineral water in your blender or juicer. Mix until smooth and velvety and set aside.
