The Canadian flavour of Maple Syrup is one of my favourite ingredient and is a natural sweetener, healthier than sugar. Make it a popular dish at this time of the year and this tasty Sweet & Sour style recipe is the perfect use for Family. See all at laclassedecuisine.com !

Sauté pork, in batches, until golden brown in a wok. Add all the meat to the wok with the seasoning and cook, stirring until boiling. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Heat the marinade on high heat and let cook until reduced by 2/3. Add the pine nuts off the heat, pour the reduced sauce over the meat and serve with rice or pasta !
