Here are the few ingredients you will need to make the Persimmon & Cointreau Cream that serves 4
- 4 ripe persimmon, very soft, with a shiny look.
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar.
- 2 tbsp Cointreau
- 2 plain yoghurts
Now here are the few steps you will have to follow to make the Persimmon & Cointreau Cream
Peel the 4 persimmon or Khaki and mix them in a blender. Add the yogurt one by one or some home made yogurt, even better.
Add 2 Tbsp vanilla sugar and mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add the Cointreau. Mix again.
Poor your preparation in nice glass shells and add a slice of Khaki and a little whipped cream if you like and serve chilled.
