Serves 4 Preparation 15 minutes
- 2 small Cantaloup melon
- 1 green melon or honey melon
- 1 bunch of red currants
- juice of 1/2 lime
- a few fresh mint leaves
Cut the melon in half. Remove seeds and make melon balls with a Parisian spoon. Scrape the rest of the flesh to get clean peel. Like a bowl.
Separate the red currants, add them to the melon balls and keep a few currants for decoration. Pour the lime juice over the fruit salad, stir and place some fruit salad in each melon bowl and sprinkle with mint leaves.
Take the fruit salad out of the fridge well in advance to reveal the taste and enjoy.
