- 250 g ( 2 cups) flour, pre-sieved for pastry
- 3 fresh free range eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 20 g ( 2 Tbsp) caster sugar
- 1/2 liter (2 cups) milk, Luke warm
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
Now, here are the few steps you will need to follow to make the French Crepe Dough
Mix flour and sugar then add eggs, one at a time, then a pinch of salt and finally the milk and butter. Leave the batter one hour aside if possible.
Heat a frying pan, once hot, add a little butter to grease the pan. Pour half a ladle of batter into the hot pan and cook 1 to 2 minutes per side.
